Veggie Fingers Recipe | Crispy Snack Recipe

Veggie fingers is one of the delicious Indian restaurant style fast food recipe.

  • 3 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
  • ½ Cup Grated Carrots.
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Fenugreek.
  • 3-4 Blenched and Chopped Beans.
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour.
  • Salt to Taste.
  • Pepper to Taste.
  • 1 Grated Cheese Cube.
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs.
  • Oil for Frying.
  • 4 tbsp Water.


  • In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix very well.
  • Shape the mixture like finger, make corn flour paste with water.
  • Dip one by one all the veggie fingers in corn flour paste then coat them with bread crums.
  • Heat oil, when it gets heated fry the veggie fingers till they become golden brown.
  • Drain the excess oil, take it out in a serving plate and serve with ketchup.
