Cheese Chilli Sandwich on tawa can be prepared without oven or sandwich maker.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of white Bread or Multi Grain Bread.
  • 1 small Capsicum cut into small cubes.
  • 1 small hot chilly cut into rings.
  • Pizza Mix Spice.
  • Chaat Masala.
  • 100 gm Mozzarella Cheese.
  • 6 tsp Butter.

Instructions

  • Apply ½ tsp butter on each slice of Bread.
  • Grate half of the cheese on two slices of Bread.
  • Add both the chillies in top of the cheese and sprinkle some Pizza Spice Mix and Chaat Masala.
  • Grate remaining cheese again on it and cover it with other slice of Bread.
  • Heat a Pan and Apply butter on one side of Sandwich and put it down on tawa.
  • Apply butter on other side and cook it at a very low heat. Turn side after every 30 seconds until it became nice golden brown and crispy.
  • Cut it into two parts from corner and serve it with tomato ketchup or chutney of our choice.
