Cheese Chilli Sandwich Recipe on Tawa
Cheese Chilli Sandwich on tawa can be prepared without oven or sandwich maker.
- 4 slices of white Bread or Multi Grain Bread.
- 1 small Capsicum cut into small cubes.
- 1 small hot chilly cut into rings.
- Pizza Mix Spice.
- Chaat Masala.
- 100 gm Mozzarella Cheese.
- 6 tsp Butter.
Apply ½ tsp butter on each slice of Bread.
Grate half of the cheese on two slices of Bread.
Add both the chillies in top of the cheese and sprinkle some Pizza Spice Mix and Chaat Masala.
Grate remaining cheese again on it and cover it with other slice of Bread.
Heat a Pan and Apply butter on one side of Sandwich and put it down on tawa.
Apply butter on other side and cook it at a very low heat. Turn side after every 30 seconds until it became nice golden brown and crispy.
Cut it into two parts from corner and serve it with tomato ketchup or chutney of our choice.
