Heat 2 tbsp oil, when it gets little hot add cumin seeds, tomatoes and little salt so tomatoes can be cook faster. (If you like it bit sweet then you can add 1 tsp powder sugar along with tomatoes).
Now cover it and cook it for about 1 and half minutes.
When tomatoes get half cooked add capsicum and corn and cook it little.
Now add pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder and mix it well, cover it and cook it for a minute at a medium low heat.
Add 1 tbsp water and mix it well then add rice and saute it till rice are evenly covered with masala and cook it for just a minute.
Now turn the heat off and serve it hot.
