Heat 1 and ½ tbsp of oil, when oil gets lightly hot add carom seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, fennel seeds powder, red chilli powder and mix all the ingredients very well.
Now add ladyfinger and again mix it very well and cook it for little time on high heat, if you like green chilli than you can add now.
Now add salt and mix it well and lower the heat, now cover it and cook it for 4-5 minutes at a medium low heat.
After 4-5 minutes give it a nice mix and again cover it and cook it for 3 minutes at a lower heat.
Now add dry mango powder and mix it well cover again and keep mixing after every 3-4 minutes and cover till ladyfinger are completely cooked.
So that’s it take it out in a serving plate and serve it hot.
