Heat 1 tsp clarified butter in a pressure cooker when butter gets moderately hot add dalia and saute it for couple of minutes.
When it starts releasing good aroma take it out in pan.
Again add 1 tsp butter or ghee in pressure cooker, now add cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander seeds powder and red chilli powder (Make sure that ghee should not be too hot else spices will burnt).
Now add potatoes, cauliflower florets, green peas and ginger in it and mix it very well and cook it for few minutes.
Add 2 bowls water (remember this 1 bowl dalia requires 2 bowl water) and tomatoes and mix it very well.
Now add dalia and mix it nicely then add salt and again mix it well, now cover it and cook it until whistle is about to blow.
Now lower the heat and cook it for further 3 minutes at a lower heat.
Now turn the heat off and let it cook on its own steam in pressure cooker, it will take about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes give it a check if there is no steam then add lemon juice, fresh coriander leaves and bit of garam masala, mix it gently and serve it hot.
