Capsicum and Raw Mango Chutney Recipe.

Capsicum and Raw Mango chutney is a very easy and quick Indian chutney to make.

  • 2 Medium Size Chopped Green Capsicum.
  • 1 Small Size Peeled and Chopped Raw Mango.
  • 1-2 Green Chillies.
  • Pinch of Asafoetida.
  • Salt According to taste.
  • Little Water.


  • First of all put all the ingredients except capsicum in a mixer blender, add water as per
  • requirement and blend it to make nice paste from it.
  • When raw mango became almost paste add capsicum in it and again blend it and make
  • fine paste from it.
  • If you feel that paste is little thick then you can add more water as per your
  • requirement.
  • Now the delicious and mouthwatering capsicum and raw mango chutney is ready to
  • serve.
