Heat ghee in a pan, when its get medium hot then add almonds, cashew nuts and raisins and cook it for 1 minute at a medium low heat.
Now add sugar and stir it till sugar melts, now add milk and stir it well (don’t add milk in huge quantity unless rice will be massy).
When milk starts bubbling add saffron and cardamom powder in it and stir it well.
Now add rice and stir it slowly-slowly, make sure that rice don’t get massy or don’t get break.
Now cover it and cook it for 2 minutes at a medium low heat.
When rice became soft increase the flame of stove so milk can be soaked and keep stirring it so it don’t stuck to the bottom.
Cook it for few minutes then turn the heat off and take it out in a serving plate.
