How to make Khaman Dhokla Tempering

  • 3 tbsp Sugar.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • 1 Glass Water.
  • 15 Curry Leaves.
  • 5 Green Chilies.
  • 2 tsp Mustard Seeds.
  • Some fresh coriander leaves.


  • Melt Sugar in Water and Make Chili Rings.
  • Heat Oil.
  • Add Mustard Seeds. When mustard seeds started popping add curry leave and Green Chili Rings.
  • Immediately add water in it.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Put your Dhokla tempering on Dhokla and Garnish it with Fresh coriander leaves. Serve your Besan Dhokla with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
