Melt Sugar in Water and Make Chili Rings.
Heat Oil.
Add Mustard Seeds. When mustard seeds started popping add curry leave and Green Chili Rings.
Immediately add water in it.
Cook it for 2 minutes.
Put your Dhokla tempering on Dhokla and Garnish it with Fresh coriander leaves. Serve your Besan Dhokla with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
