Heat Dhokla steamer with water.
In a big mixing bowl add Besan or Gram Flour, salt, sugar, Turmeric, and Soda Bi Carb. Mix it well and add Oil, Curd and water. Mix it very well, cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Take a molding plate and grease it with oil and pour Instant Dhokla mix in it.
Put your plate in steamer and cook it for 15-17 minutes. Then give it a check with tooth pick, Put tooth pick it in the center and if it comes out clean it’s means it is perfectly steamed. Cool it down and make square pieces from it.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, put Mustard Seeds and after 20 seconds add curry leaves. Put it on your Khaman Dhokla and serve it with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
