Ingredients

  • 200 gm Paneer cubes.
  • 1 chopped Capsicum.
  • 1 Onion .
  • 1 Tomatoes.
  • 1 medium sized finely chopped tomato.
  • 1 medium sized finely chopped Onion.
  • 400 gm Roughly chopped Onions.
  • 400 gm Roughly chopped Tomatoes.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste.
  • 3 tbsp Oil.
  • 2 tsp Kitchen King Masala.
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder.
  • ¼ Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil, in it put 400 gm chopped onions, cook it until it became light golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes and stir it well.
  • Now add ¼ tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, Salt, and Sugar and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Then turn the heat of and cool it down.
  • Make puree from ingredients cooked in Step-1.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil and add garlic and ginger paste in it. Saute it for 30 seconds.
  • Now add onion and cook it until became light golden brown, then put tomato and again stir it well.
  • Now add 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, 1 tsp Kitchen king Masala and salt to taste.
  • Cook it for a minute and keep it aside.
  • Now make Cubes from Onion, Tomato and Capsicum.
  • Heat 1 tsp Oil and in it cook veggies cooked in step-4, cook it for a minute and take it out.
  • Now in the same pan put masala mix cooked in step-3, now add 1 tsp red chili powder, kitchen king masala and stir it well. Then pour gravy in it and cook it for a minute.
  • Then add paneer cubes and cook it for 7-8 minutes. Now add lightly cooked veggies and just cook it for a minute.
  • Turn the heat of and add some freshly chopped coriander leaves.
