Heat 2 tbsp oil, in it put 400 gm chopped onions, cook it until it became light golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes and stir it well.
Now add ¼ tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, Salt, and Sugar and cook it for 2 minutes.
Then turn the heat of and cool it down.
Make puree from ingredients cooked in Step-1.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and add garlic and ginger paste in it. Saute it for 30 seconds.
Now add onion and cook it until became light golden brown, then put tomato and again stir it well.
Now add 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, 1 tsp Kitchen king Masala and salt to taste.
Cook it for a minute and keep it aside.
Now make Cubes from Onion, Tomato and Capsicum.
Heat 1 tsp Oil and in it cook veggies cooked in step-4, cook it for a minute and take it out.
Now in the same pan put masala mix cooked in step-3, now add 1 tsp red chili powder, kitchen king masala and stir it well. Then pour gravy in it and cook it for a minute.
Then add paneer cubes and cook it for 7-8 minutes. Now add lightly cooked veggies and just cook it for a minute.
Turn the heat of and add some freshly chopped coriander leaves.
