Make Powder of Cashew nuts in mixture blender.
Mix cashews powder and Flour.
Heat 100 ml water, in this add sugar and make 1 thread Chasni or Sugar Syrup.
On another stove heat Ghee or Clarified Butter.
Cook your Kaju and Sugar mixture at very low heat until it started bubbling.
When your mixture become thick and you see air bubbles in it add 100 gm Ghee and stir it well for 1 minute.
Again add 100 gm Ghee and mix it well for half minute.
Now again add remaining Ghee and cook it until it became fluffy and almost triple in size and turn the heat off.
Take it out in a molding plate.
Garnish it with Pista and cool it down until eatable temperature.
Make square pieces of it and serve it look warm hot.
Store it in an air tight container and enjoy it for a week.
