- 4 Litre Milk.
- ½ tsp Salt.
- ½ lemon.
Heat Milk, bring it to boil.
Add ½ tsp of salt and squeeze ½ Lemon.
When it starts curdling turn the heat off.
Take one strainer and put one cotton cloth on it, put all the curdle milk on cotton cloth.
Tie it tightly and remove all the access water from it and be careful because it will be very hot.
Keep it in a freeze for few hours and then make cubes from it or use according to your requirement.
