  • 4 Litre Milk.
  • ½ tsp Salt.
  • ½ lemon.


  • Heat Milk, bring it to boil.
  • Add ½ tsp of salt and squeeze ½ Lemon.
  • When it starts curdling turn the heat off.
  • Take one strainer and put one cotton cloth on it, put all the curdle milk on cotton cloth.
  • Tie it tightly and remove all the access water from it and be careful because it will be very hot.
  • Keep it in a freeze for few hours and then make cubes from it or use according to your requirement.
