Ingredients

  • Around 2 Cups of Boiled Rajma.
  • 2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion.
  • 2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger.
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
  • INGREDIENTS FOR JEERA RICE
  • 400 gm Boiled Rice
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Salt to Taste.

Instructions

  • First of all heat oil, when oil gets heated add cumin seeds, when it become brown add chopped ginger and chopped garlic and cook it until it become golden brown.
  • Now put finely chopped onion in it and saute it for 30-40 seconds, now add Salt and mix it nicely.
  • When onion become golden brown add chopped tomatoes in it and cook it for 1-2 minutes at a medium low heat.
  • Now add pinch of turmeric powder, red chili powder ( you can add more or less ), kitchen king masala and mix it very well.
  • Now put the boiled rajma and Water ( according to your need ) and cook it for 10 minutes at a medium low heat.
  • Meanwhile make Jeera Rice :
  • Heat oil when it gets heated.
  • Add Cumin Seeds, when it becomes brown add rice in it, mix it nicely and add salt.
  • Cook it for just 30-40 seconds.
  • After Cooking Rajma for 10 minutes now it is ready so sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and turn the heat off.
