First a fall heat Oil in a Pan, when oil get heated add Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds, when it starts Slathering add Curry leaves.
Now immediately add the Potatoes in it, now add 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder and mix this very well and cover it for a minute.
Now add the Asafoetida, Chili Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Rice, remaining Turmeric powder and 2 Glass of Water.
Now cover it and cook it for 20-25 minutes on a medium low heat, after 20 mins check this, now it is ready so Garnish it with some Freshly Chopped Coriander leaves.
