Put 250 gm of Cauliflower or Gobi in Hot Bubbling Water for boiling, cover it and cook it for 5-7 minutes on a medium low heat, it is cooked so take it out.
Deep fry it for 20-30 seconds in a very hot Oil.
Heat 2 tbsp Oil, when it get's very hot add Tomato and Onion Curry, you can add more or less Gravy accourding to your need, now add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala, Salt and Fried Cauliflower and around half glass of Water.
Mix all the things very well and cook it for 2-3 minutes at medium low heat.
Now add Fresh Cream and again stir it very well, cook it for further few minutes, again add little bit of Punjabi Garam Masala, Grated Paneer and some fresh Coriander Leaves.
Take it out in a little Kadhai and Garnish it with Fried Cauliflower, Fresh Cream and little bit of Red Chilli Powder on top of it and some fresh Coriander Leaves, so this is it Gobi or Cauliflower Paneer curry is ready to Serve.
