Take a coverable Pan, haet around 50 gm of Ghee, when Ghee get heated add Grated Carrot in it, mix it quickly so all the Carrot get mixed with Ghee.
Cover it and Cook it at medium low heat, check it and stir it very well after every 20-30 sec, when it leaves stream it means it is cooked but stir it every now and then so it can cook perfectly from every side.
Again cover it, after 5-7 min Carrot are almost ready, add Milk and stir it very well so it can mix nicely with Carrot, again cover it for 5-7 min, after 5-7 min Milk get reduced so add Sugar.
Again cover it and cook it untill all the Milk get reduced, after 20 min it is almost ready so add Cardemom Powder and Kesunuts, now cook it for 1-2 min so it can absorb all the moisture in it.
Stir it every now and then so it don't stuck to bottom, now it is ready so turn the heat off, Garnish it with Kesunuts, so our Carrot Halva or Gajar ka Halva is ready to serve.
