  • 800 Gm Finely Grated Cabbage.
  • 800 Gm Finely Grated Carrot.
  • 75 Gm Plain Flour or Maida.
  • 75 Gm Rice Flour.
  • 2 Medium Size Chopped Onion.
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Green Chili Sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • Some Black Pepper Powder.
  • Some Spring Onions Greens.
  • Oil for deep Frying.


  • In the cabbage and corrots add salt, black pepper powder, Green Chillies, some garlic and some ginger and mix all the things very well.
  • When vegetables release water then add Plain flour or Maida and rice flour and again mix it very well, now the mixture is ready.
  • Make medium size balls from the mixture and directly put it into the oil for frying, when it get's half cooked take it out because for more crispiness we'll fry it second time.
  • Now cook the Manchurian balls for second time, this time coot it untill it becomes golden brown and crispy from every side, stir it every now and then.
  • After 1 minute it is perfectly cooked so take it out.
  • Heat around 1 tbsp of oil in pan, when it get's heated add some garlic and ginger, give it a nice stir, now in this add some Onions and stir it nicely.
  • Now in this add some cabbage and cook it little, now add sauces one by one, first a fall add green chili sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, dark soy sauce, Vinegar and some spring onion greens and mix all the things very well.
  • Now add Vegetable manchurian balls and stir it nicely, now it is almost ready so sprinkle some green onions greens.
