Ingredients

  • 75 Gm Cabbage.
  • 1 Medium Size Chopped Onion.
  • 200 Gm Boiled Noodles.
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Green Chili Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar.
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic.
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Some Spring Onions Green.
  • Oil for deep Frying.

Instructions

  • First a fall Heat oil, when it get's heated fry the noodles untill it becomes crispy from every side, now it is ready so take it out.
  • Now Heat 1 tbsp of oil when it gets heated add some chopped garlic, some chopped ginger and stir it well.
  • Now add some red onions and mix it very well, now add some cabbage and give it a nice stir.
  • Now add sauces one by one, first a fall add dark soy sauce 1 tbsp, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp red chili sauce, 1 tbsp green chili sauce, 1 tbsp Vinegar and mix all the things very well.
  • Now add some spring onions greens and stir it nicely, now crush the fried noodles with hands and add, mix all the things very well.
  • Now the quick and delicious Chinese bhel is ready to serve garnish it with some spring onions.

Notes

Be very careful while frying Boiled Noodles.
Be safe from Oil while frying.
