  • 150 Gms Grated Cabbage.
  • 150 Gms Grated Carrot.
  • 2-3 tsp Gram Flour.
  • 2-3 tsp Corn Flour.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger.
  • 1 medium size of Red Onion.
  • Some Spring Onions Greens.
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Green Chili Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
  • 1 tsp Vinegar.
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce.
  • Oil For Frying.
  • Salt to Taste.
  • Some Black Peppers.


  • First a fall in Carrot and Cabbage add Salt, some Black Peppers, Spring Onions, very little Garlic, very little Ginger and mix it very well to make dough.
  • Now add Gram Flour around 2-3 tsp and around 2-3 tsp Corn Flour and again mix it very well, now the dough is ready.
  • Make small balls from it and directly put it into the Oil for frying, fry it just 50% and take it out.
  • Again Heat Oil and Fry the Manchurian balls in very hot oil this time cook it untill it becomes Crispy and Golden Brown, stir it every now and then.
  • Now the balls are ready so take it out in a Kitchen Napkin so it will absorb extra Oil.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil, when it gets heated add 1 tbsp of chopped Garlic, 1 tbsp of chopped Ginger, 1 medium size of Red Onion, add some Spring onion and stir it very well.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of Red Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp of Green Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar, 1 tbsp of Dark Soya Sauce.
  • Finally add fried Manchurian Balls and taught everything very well.
  • Delicious Veg Manchurian is ready so turn the heat off and Garnish it with some Spring Onions.
