Ingredients

  • 500 grams Grated Beetroot.
  • 500 ml Milk.
  • 175 grams Sugar.
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder.
  • Cashew Nuts.

Instructions

  • First a fall heat Milk in a coverable Pan, When Milk started bubbling add the greated Beetroot, cover it for few minutes and check it after every few mins.
  • When half of the Milk reduced then add Sugar in it and mix it very well, stir it continiously so it don't stuck to the Bottom.
  • Now It is perfectly cooked so add the Cardamom Powder and again mix it, now it is perfectly Cooked so Garnish it with some chopped Cashew nuts and delicious looking Halva is ready to serve.
