First a fall put Butter Milk into the Pan and than add Turmeric Powder and Salt and Let it cook for 2 Minutes on a Low heat.
Meanwhile wash the Poha or Flattened Rice and take this out into the Mixing Bowl, Butter Milk is ready so put it onto the Poha and Mix this Well.
Take it out into the Molding Plate and Press this with the Hand So it don't brake while cutting and give it a rest for around 20 Minutes.
Now Khaman is ready so cut it into the Cubes.
Heat oil in a Pan when it get's heated add the Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Chili Rings and One Glass of Water with (Half) Lemon and Sugar.
Let it cook for a minute on a medium low heat, Now Tadka Sauce is ready So give Tadka to the Khaman.
So this is it Beautiful looking very special Khaman Dhokla is ready. Garnish it with Coriander Leaves and Tomato Ketchup.
