  • 700 Grams Yogurt.
  • 150 Grams Crushed Salty Peanuts.
  • 2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 5 tsp Oil.
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds.
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1/2 tsp Secret Masala.
  • Some Fresh Coriander leaves.
  • Salt to Taste.
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • 8 tsp Coriander Seeds.
  • 2 Bay Leaves.
  • 5 Cloves.
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper.
  • 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds.
  • 1 Stick of Cinnamon 1 inch.
  • 1 Star Anise.


  • Remove the Skin of Salty Peanuts, Dry Roast The Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Black Pepper, Carom Seeds, Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise For 2 Minutes.
  • Make the powder of Roasted Dry Spices and it will be the Secret Masala For this recipe.
  • Make the Powder of Salty Peanuts but Make sure that it Should not be fine.
  • Heat Oil and add Curry Leaves, now add Finely Chopped Onions in it and Saute it Untill it becomes golden Brown.
  • Add Salt and Sugar and mix it very well, Add Red Chili Powder and Garam Masala and again mix it very well.
  • Now add Secret Masala and mix it very well then add Crushed Salty Peanuts and stir it very well.
  • Finally add Yogurt and stir it very well and add Some Fresh Coriander Leaves in it.
