Remove the Skin of Salty Peanuts, Dry Roast The Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Black Pepper, Carom Seeds, Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise For 2 Minutes.
Make the powder of Roasted Dry Spices and it will be the Secret Masala For this recipe.
Make the Powder of Salty Peanuts but Make sure that it Should not be fine.
Heat Oil and add Curry Leaves, now add Finely Chopped Onions in it and Saute it Untill it becomes golden Brown.
Add Salt and Sugar and mix it very well, Add Red Chili Powder and Garam Masala and again mix it very well.
Now add Secret Masala and mix it very well then add Crushed Salty Peanuts and stir it very well.
Finally add Yogurt and stir it very well and add Some Fresh Coriander Leaves in it.
