Dry roast the Fenugreek Seeds For 2-3 Mins at a medium Low heat, in this add Split Mustard, Split Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Sugar, Turmeric Powder, Salt & Asafoetida.
Heat Oil, Make little space with Knife into Red Chillies for Filling The Mixture, Add the Heated Oil into the Spices Mixture and mix it very well.
Squeeze 1 lemon and again mix it, Fill the mixture into the Red Chillies.
Finally Put all the chillies into a big Glass Jar.
