Besan Pudla Video Recipe.

  • 150 gm Besan or Gram Flour.
  • 1 Small Onion.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste.
  • 1 tsp Asafoetida or Hing.
  • 1 tsp Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder.
  • 3 tb tsp Oil.
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • Some Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt to Taste.


  • Take a big mixing bowl put 150 gm of Besan or Gram Flour in it, add around 1 tsp of Garlic Paste, 1 tsp of Asofoetida, 1 tsp of Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder, 1 small finely Chopped Onion, Salt and some Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves and 1 tsp of Graded Ginger to make Better.
  • Mix all the Ingredients very well, now add Water and you have to add and mix Water untill Better get's thin and Consistance. Add Red Chilli Powder, so now our Better is ready.
  • Heat the Tawa or Griddle, when it get's hot enough, put Better at centre of Tawa, shape it, put Oil around the Pudla, now separate the edges and turn the side.
  • Put little bit of Oil on to the Pudla so it cooks perfectly, cook each side for 1 min. Now turn the side and cook it at medium low heat for 1 min.
  • So this is it take it out and cook remaining Pudla's similarly. Now it is the time to serve it.
