Chocolate Cupcake Video Recipe.

  • 100 gms of Self Raising Flour or Maida.
  • 110 gms Powdered Sugar.
  • 100 gms Butter.
  • Pinch of Salt.
  • Chocolate Chips.
  • 2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder.
  • 1 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder.
  • 50 gms of Whipping Cream Powder.
  • 50 ml Milk.


  • First of all Pre-heat the Oven at 180 Degree Celsius.
  • In a big bowl add Self raising Flour or Maida, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Pinch of Salt, Baking Powder and Stir all the things very well.
  • Now in this add 100 gms Butter, Unsalted Butter, now mix all the things very gentally and then mix it little bit High Speed, now add 1/2 of Chocolate Chips in it, now our mixture is ready.
  • Now fill the Cups with Mixture around 75%.
  • Now Oven is ready so now it is the time to bake it for 20-25 mins at 180 Degree Celsius, Check this after 20 mins.
  • After 25 mins beautiful Cupcakes are ready.
  • Take a big Mixing Bowl in this add the Whipping Cream Powder, Cocoa Powder and Milk, mix all the things very well.
  • Start Blender or Mixture and Whipp it for 4-5 mins or until you get your desire consistency level, now it is ready so stop the blending.
  • Fill the Piping Bag with Whipp Cream, go to the Bottom so you will don't have any Air Bubble, Wrap it tightly so you can make very good Decoration.
  • Now Decorate the Cupcake and garnish it with some Choc√≥ Chips.
