Naan Recipe | On Gas Stove | Eggs Free, Yeast Free or Without Oven.

Ingredients

  • 500 Grams All Purpose Flour Maida.
  • 500 ml Milk.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Slices.
  • 1.5 tsp Soda Bi-Carb.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
  • Salt to Taste.

Instructions

  • In the Maida or Plain Four add Salt and 1 tsp of Sugar.
  • In Soda Bi-Carb add Lemon Juice and See the Magic, Add this to the Flour and mix this very well.
  • Now add milk Don't add the Milk together because you have to Keep adding and mixing together so you can make the perfect Dough.
  • With the clean hands mix it very well so the Dough is ready give it rest for atleast 1 Hour.
  • Now sprinkle some Flour on to the rolling board, Take the little amount of Dough with the help of some plain flour, Keep Spreading it with the help of you fingers.
  • Now it is done so Sprinkle some Garlic Slices on to the top of the Naan and Press it little with the fingers so all the Garlic Slices can stick very well to the Naan.
  • Now heat the Tava or Griddle on to the Gas at very high heat and put naan for roasting, cover it for 1 minute, now it is cooked.
  • Put it on to the open flame, This will help us to get those spot which we can get in Tandoor, turn it very quickly other wise it will start burning.
  • Again cook it on a very low heat for just one minute and it will be ready, So this is it our Beautiful looking Naan is ready to serve.
