  • 3 Slices of White Breads
  • 50 gm of Masala Pea Nuts
  • 200 gm of Boiled Potatoes
  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Finely Chopped Green Chili
  • 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion
  • Butter
  • 1 tsp of Garlic and Ginger Paste
  • Green Chutney
  • Red Chutney
  • 1 tsp of Garam Masala
  • 1/4 th tsp of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp of Red Chili Powder
  • Lemon Juice of half Lemon
  • Some Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp of Sugar
  • 1 tbsp of Oil
  • Salt to taste


  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil, when Oil get heated add finely chopped Onions, 1/4th tsp of Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Sugar, Salt then Tomatoes, Green Chilies. Stir all the things very well.
  • Now in this add Ginger and Garlic Paste, Garam Masala now put Boiled Potatoes, don't cook it too much because we need Crunch of Onions in this.
  • Now our Potato mixture is almost ready so in this add Lemon Juice, again mix this very well and turn the heat off.
  • Add freshly chopped Coriander Leaves, again mix all the things very well and Mash the Potatoes so you can have very nice Mixture, let it cool down.
  • Pre-Heat the Oven, divide all the Breads into two parts, apply Butter on each Slice of Bread, put very little Green Chutney on every slice then the Red one.
  • Now spread Chutney equally, now our Toast is ready so put Potato Mixture on every slice of bread, now our Toast is ready.
  • Cook it in a Microwave Oven for 9 minutes at 230 Degrees at Maximum Temperature, check the Toast after 6-7 minutes, after 9 minutes it is ready so take it out and let it cool down for just 1-2 minutes.
  • Put some Masala Pea Nuts over it and single leaf of Coriander on each slice of Toast, serve this Toast with Tomato Ketchup or Chutney of your choice.


Add chutneys according to your taste.
Make it crispy or soft as per your need.
Add butter to make ti crispy like a toast.
