Ingredients

  • 200 gms of Cashew Nuts.
  • 200 gms of Condensed Milk.
  • 200 ml of Milk.
  • 100 gms Sugar.
  • 100 gms of Grated Coconut.
  • 200 gms of Dark Chocolate.

Instructions

  • First a fall make Powder from our Kaju or Cashew Nuts by Blending it in a Mixture Blender, now Roast it in a Pan.
  • Heat the Milk and Sugar both together, add 1 glass of Water in it, now add condensed milk in it, Milk is also ready so add Kaju mixture in it.
  • Stir it every now and then so you can cook it very nicely, now it is also ready so turn haet off.
  • Shift the Mixture to the Tin with the parchment Paper or Butter Paper and spread it equally.
  • When it cool down and come to the room Temperature or normal temperature Refrigerate it for few Hours, now it is ready so make small balls from it.
  • Take little mixture, roll it little in Hands so it can be nice in shape, Now cover it with Coconut, similarly make all balls like this way.
  • Melt Chocolate in the Double Boiling System, now Chocolate is ready, cover balls with the Chocolate, now again Refrigirate it for 10 mins.
  • Again cover the remaining sides with Chocolate because it is not easy to cover it easily in just once.
  • Garnish it with Pinch of Coconut on top of every balls and Finally Refrigerator for 10-15 mins.
  • Remove the edges with Knife so the Delicious Kaju Chocolate Balls are Ready to serve.

Notes

Add sugar according to your taste.
Roast Cashew nuts or Kaju according to your taste.
