Khajur Ki Chutney Recipe | Dates Chutney By Nikunj Vasoya

  • 150 Grams Dates.
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1 tsp Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder.
  • Some Finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt to Taste.


  • Remove the Seeds from Dates.
  • Heat one Glass Water in to the Pan.
  • When Water started bubbling add Dates.
  • Cover it.
  • Cook it till the Water dry out.
  • Turn the heat off.
  • Now add 1/2 Glass of Cold Water.
  • Add Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Salt and Blend it into the Food Processor.
  • Now add the Fresh Coriander Leaves.


Add spices according to your need.
You can also add Garlic & Ginger paste in it to enhance the taste.
