Khajur Ki Chutney Recipe | Dates Chutney By Nikunj Vasoya
Indian Chutney Recipes for almost all snacks and Fast Foods.
Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder.
Some Finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves.
Salt to Taste.
Remove the Seeds from Dates.
Heat one Glass Water in to the Pan.
When Water started bubbling add Dates.
Cook it till the Water dry out.
Turn the heat off.
Now add 1/2 Glass of Cold Water.
Add Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Salt and Blend it into the Food Processor.
Now add the Fresh Coriander Leaves.
Add spices according to your need.
You can also add Garlic & Ginger paste in it to enhance the taste.
