  • Methi Leaves of 1 Bunch Methi or Fenugreek.
  • 2 Chopped Bananas or Kela.
  • 2 Medium size finely chopped Green Chillies.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Slices.
  • 2 tbsp Oil.
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Pepper Powder.
  • 1 Mustard Seeds.
  • Salt to Taste.


  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Than add the Mustard Seeds.
  • Garlic Slices.
  • When Mustard Seeds started slattering add the Methi or Fenugreek Leaves.
  • Stir Fry it for 1 to 2 minutes on a medium low heat.
  • Add the Salt and Bananas.
  • Again mix this well and cover it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add the Red Chilli Powder and cook it for a minute.
  • This Healthy and Delicious Curry or Subji is ready to serve.
  • Serve it hot with Parath's or Roti's.
