Take slices of Bread apply Butter on all the three slices of bread, apply Red Chillie Chutney on to first slice, apply Green Chutney on second and third slice of bread.

Put slices of Tomatoes on first bread, Sprinkle little Chat Masala on to it, put some Grated Paneer also, now put the second slice of bread over it and apply some Butter on it.

Put two-two slices of Potato and Onion on to second bread, sprinkle some chat masala on to it, put Grated Paneer and some Rings of Onion on to it.

put third slice of bread over it and apply some butter on to it.

Heat the Tawa, when it get’s heated put sandwich on to the tawa, keep the heat medium low so it can be nice and crispy, gentally press it with Spatula, and turn the side after every 20-30 seconds.

Cook it for 4-5 minutes, turn the side and press it gentally, again turn the side and press it, now it is becoming Crispy and Golden Brown, after 4-5 minutes turn the heat off and take it out.

Divide it into two parts from a corner, be carefull at dividing gentally divide it otherwise you may destroy your sandwich.

So this is ready serve this very simple, easy and delicious Paneer Tawa Masala Sandwich with Red Chutney and Green Chutney, you can also serve this with Tomato Ketchup.
