Heat the Oil for Deep Frying, in Noodles add some Salt, half of the Spring Onion, save half for Garnishing, Garlic and Ginger Paste, Plane Flour and half of Sesame Seeds.
Bind all the things together, add the remaining Plane Flour, mix all the things very well, make sure that there is no Chungs of Garlic and Ginger in it. so it is ready put it at a side.
Make the Small Balls from Noodles, make sure that every Balls should be equal in size. Our Oil has get heated so it's the time to Fry our Fritters, fry it untill it get's Golden Brown and Crispy from outside.
Now make the Sauce, in a bowl add Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce, Red Chili Sauce, Green Chili Sauce, Vinegar and very little Salt, mix all the things very well. So it is ready.
Heat the Oil, when it get's heated, add Green Chilies, some Sauce, after 20-30 sec add Fritters, mix it very well, this is it Turn the heat off, Sprinkle some Green Chilies and some Toasted Sesame Seeds. so our Chinese Noodle Balls are ready to serve.
Your Noodles should be overcooked. You will need lots of Sauce to make it taste like a restaurant. make it crispy for better taste.
