Ingredients

  • For Basking Sponge.
  • Self Raising Flour| All Purpose Flour | Plain Flour | Maida 100 gm.
  • Powdered Sugar 100 gm.
  • Unsalted Butter 100 gm.
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder.
  • 2 ½ Vanilla Essence.
  • 25 ml Butter Milk.
  • Pinch of Salt.
  • For Whipped Cream.
  • Cream or Cream Cheese 150 gm.
  • Icing Sugar 125-150 gm.
  • Colors. Pink/Blue/Orange/Green 1 tsp each.

Instructions

  • Step-1
  • Take a Bowl and Put Flour, 100 gm Powder Sugar, Butter, 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Essence, Salt, Baking Powder.
  • Mix it very well.
  • Put the Microwave Oven for Pre-heating at 180* degree celcious.
  • Fill the Cups equally.
  • Bake it for 25 minutes.
  • Step-2
  • Whipped the Cream for 5 minutes at high speed or until you achieve your desire level after add in a Big Bowl Cream or Cream Cheese, Sugar and Essence. Cool it down for 5 minutes.
  • Step-3
  • Take 4 Bowl and equally divide the Whipped Cream in 4 parts.
  • Then add colors in it.
  • Mix well.
  • Step-4
  • Take a Piping Bag and Put the Colorful whipped Cream one by one in vertical lines.
  • Test it in a plate.
  • Step-5
  • Decorate the Rainbow Cup Cake in your style.
  • Put it in a fridge for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Add Butter according to your need.
Never Bake your cakes at high heat.
Whipped Cream for 5-6 minutes.
Whipped Cream sometimes may take more time then expected.
