  • 150 Gms Macroni Pasta.
  • 50 Gms Graded Paneer.
  • 100 Gms Tomato Puiri.
  • 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion.
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1 Tsp Sugar.
  • 1 Tbtsp Olive Oil.
  • Salt to taste.


  • Add some Salt in Water and let it boil, when water starts Bubbling put the Pasta in it, so Water is now Bubbling add the Pasta, usally Pasta takes 4-5 min to boil but some Pasta may take more or less time.
  • This Pasta took 7 min to boil, take it out.
  • In another Pan heat the Oil, when it gets heated add Onion, Chopp onion as fine as possible so it can cook perfectly.
  • add little bit of Salt, Sugar, Red Chilly Powder and mix all the things very well, in this add Tomato Puiri, it will give nice colour to the Pasta. add Garam Masala, again stir it very well, our mixture is ready so now add Pasta in it.
  • Stir all the things very well now add Graded Paneer in it, save some for garnishing and turn the heat off.
  • Our very simple, easy and delicious Macroni Masala with Paneer is ready to Serve. Garnish it with some Graded Paneer.
