Gram Flour or Besan into the Mixing Bowl.
Add Asofoetids, Salt and Baking Powder.
Mix it and add water as per requirement.
Again mix it and make the nice and consistence Batter.(Little Thick)
Keep it aside.
Take a Chips Maker.
Don't remove the skin of Potato.
Make the Chips.
Press the Potato so you can get thick chips.
Try to make Thick chips.But not too much.
After making Chips Put it into the Water.
How To Cook Crispy and Golden Brown Fritters?
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Than put one Potato Chips into the Batter,Take it out and remove the excess Batter.
Take it out Row and Give it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now Put the Fritters into the very Hot Oil.
stir it continuously and fry it till golden brown.
Take it out.
Serve it with Dates Chutney or Herbs Chutney.
