  • 150 Grams Gram Flour.
  • 1 Potato.
  • Oil for Frying.
  • Pinch of Baking Soda.
  • 1/2 tsp of Asafoetida.
  • Salt.


  • Gram Flour or Besan into the Mixing Bowl.
  • Add Asofoetids, Salt and Baking Powder.
  • Mix it and add water as per requirement.
  • Again mix it and make the nice and consistence Batter.(Little Thick)
  • Keep it aside.
  • Take a Chips Maker.
  • Don't remove the skin of Potato.
  • Make the Chips.
  • Press the Potato so you can get thick chips.
  • Try to make Thick chips.But not too much.
  • After making Chips Put it into the Water.
  • How To Cook Crispy and Golden Brown Fritters?
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Than put one Potato Chips into the Batter,Take it out and remove the excess Batter.
  • Take it out Row and Give it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Now Put the Fritters into the very Hot Oil.
  • stir it continuously and fry it till golden brown.
  • Take it out.
  • Serve it with Dates Chutney or Herbs Chutney.
