Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Radish Slices or Mooli or Muda/Mura.
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - Hali-Hardar.
  • 2 chopped Green Chillies.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • 1 Mustard Seeds.
  • Salt to Taste.

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Than add the Mustard Seeds.
  • When Mustard Seeds started slatering add the Turmeric Powder and immediately add Radish(Mooli).
  • Stir Fry it for 1 minute.
  • Than add the Salt and Green Chillies.
  • Again mix this well.
  • Now cover and cook it for 2 minutes on a medium low heat.
  • Again Stir it so it can be cooked perfectly.
  • Again Cover and cook it for further Two Minutes(2 min).
  • It is ready to serve Garnish it with Chopped Green Chillies.

Notes

Don't over cook it.
Add lots of Mustard Seeds for better taste.
Add Sugar according to your taste.
