Mooli Ka Salad or Mudano Sambharo. Quick and Easy Indian Gyjarati Salad Recipe.

Radish Slices or Mooli or Muda/Mura.
Turmeric Powder - Hali-Hardar.
chopped Green Chillies.
Salt to Taste.
Heat oil in a pan.
Than add the Mustard Seeds.
When Mustard Seeds started slatering add the Turmeric Powder and immediately add Radish(Mooli).
Stir Fry it for 1 minute.
Than add the Salt and Green Chillies.
Again mix this well.
Now cover and cook it for 2 minutes on a medium low heat.
Again Stir it so it can be cooked perfectly.
Again Cover and cook it for further Two Minutes(2 min).
It is ready to serve Garnish it with Chopped Green Chillies.
Don't over cook it.
Add lots of Mustard Seeds for better taste.
Add Sugar according to your taste.
