Ingredients

  • 6 Chapatis.
  • 5 Glass of Butter Milk.
  • 50 Grams Salty Peanuts.
  • 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 2 Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 2 Chopped Green Chilies.
  • 1 inch Ginger.
  • 4 tsp Oil.
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds.
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • 10 Curry Leaves.
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder.
  • 2 tsp Sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida.
  • Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt.

Instructions

  • First a fall divide all the Chapatis into two Parts, make the small pieces from it.
  • Heat Oil in a big Pan, Add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves and Onions in it and cook it for 1 minute.
  • Now add Green Chilies, Tomatoes and Salt in it and mix all the Ingredients very well.
  • Now add Sugar, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Asafoetida and Peanuts and mix it very well.
  • Grate some Fresh Ginger, now add around 5 Glass of Butter Milk and mix it with all the ingredients and now add Chapatis and let it cook for 10-15 minutes on a low heat.
  • Stir it every now and then so it don't stuck to the bottom of Pan, now it is perfectly cooked so add Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Now take it out into the Big Serving Bowl And Garnish it with Coriander Leaves and some Fresh Yogurt.
